School Uniform

School uniform including PE bags, book bags or rucksack can be purchased from Shah’s at West Street, Scunthorpe or any school uniform retailer, such a supermarkets. A school logo on uniform is not necessary.

South Ferriby Primary School Uniform is as follows:

• Dark blue hoody, jumper or cardigan
• Blue gingham dress
• Light blue polo shirt
• Dark grey or black trousers/skirt
• Black school shoes
• Black PE shorts
• Outdoor warm PE kit –black joggers, blue school jumper/hoody, black leggings
• White crew neck t-shirt for PE
• Trainers for PE
• Black school shoes

It is advisable for children is Class 1 and nursery children that a change of clothes be kept in school.

Jewellery and Personal Belongings

Children should not wear jewellery to school as it can be dangerous in certain activities and it is likely to get damaged or lost. This includes smart watches. 

Children with pierced ears may wear plain stud earrings. The school will not accept any responsibility for any accidental injury caused by children wearing earrings.  In the interests of safety, all earrings should be taken out or covered with surgical tape by the pupils themselves before a PE lesson or any sports session.
